Shipping Methods

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:30 excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 12 noon guarantee shipment within the day and delivered within the hours indicated in the table described at the end of the paragraph, after this time it can be counted as an agenda for the following day.

Example 1: Order placed on Friday at 14:00, the shipment will leave the following Monday.

Example 2: Order placed on Tuesday at 20:00, the shipment will leave the following Wednesday.

Example 3: Order placed on Thursday at 12:00, the shipment will leave on the same day.

Please keep in mind that we do not ship to PO boxes and that the shipping costs, for any partial deliveries, will be paid only once.

Traceability

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the identification number useful for traceability. By clicking on this link you can check the status of the shipment after receiving the e-mail bearing in mind that it can take up to 9 hours for the shipment to be tracked.

RETURNS POLICY

Withdrawal fee

If you are not satisfied with the Products you have received or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return them within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of delivery and obtain a refund, by writing to the e-mail resi@diamonddog.it. In case of returns for personal reasons (right of withdrawal), you will get a full refund from which the costs related to any shipment requested during the purchase will be deducted.

Terms of Withdrawal

• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, washed or altered and with all tags attached

• Items must be returned in a single package, preferably the original one

• The return of orders by the customer must take place exclusively through the agreed upon method.

• Returns are accepted only if they come from the same country of delivery. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be charged

• Personalized products cannot be returned.

Refund

As soon as we have checked the return, we will send an email regarding the returned items. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Please note that:

• The refund of the return will be made through the same type of payment used

• The refund will be made in the same currency used for the payment

• The amount will be credited back to the account previously used for payment

• The processing times required to obtain the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the bank

• If you purchased with a discount coupon, you will receive a refund for the amount paid, or for the amount charged following the application of the discount. Furthermore, the discount coupon will no longer be valid.

• If you purchased with a discount coupon and made a partial return, you will receive a refund proportional to the value of your coupon.

Can I make purchases without registering?


You have the option of completing purchases without registering, however registering brings advantages including: • your saved shipping address will not have to be re-entered with each purchase

How do discount codes work?


With promotional codes you can take advantage of special or exclusive prices.
To take advantage of these promotions, enter the code in the appropriate field of the Shopping Bag and click on "Recalculate". Only one Code can be applied to each order.
If the code is not valid, check the validity date and any category to which the promotion applies.




How do I understand the fit of the clothes?


Each article present is provided with details on the fit measurements for each manufacturer, the complete references are the neck circumference, back length and chest circumference. Thanks to a sartorial type meter, it is also possible to check it at home, in case you do not have one, use a soft tape and mark the length on a possibly rigid meter.

More than 24 hours have passed and I have not received the order confirmation email. What should I do?


Check your spam (or junk mail) folder and make sure that shop@diamonddog.it is included in the list of safe addresses of your e-mail account. This will prevent the spam filter from blocking future communications. If this is not enough, use the form in the "Contacts" area and write to us.




Can i cancel my order?


Don't worry, once confirmed, the order is processed automatically and cannot be canceled but the package can be returned to us by following our Return Policy.
